Pilates Private Instruction: The Most effective way to focus on your unique needs, injuries, or chronic concerns. Private lessons are necessary for an initial evaluation and base to learn the fundamentals of the Pilates method as well as a continual enhancement to your wellness routine.

Duet/Trio/Quartet Pilates Instruction: Bring a friend or two and experience Pilates at reduced rates plus more fun! This is ideal for two or more people who want to workout together with one trainer.

Pilates and Yoga Center of St. Louis

Yoga

There are many benefits to working one-on-one with a yoga instructor.  Whether your goals are to build strength, cultivate balance or to slow down and de-stress, your instructor will build a program with you in mind.  A typical hour-long private class will generally include the following:

• Begins with a check-in
• A warm-up to awaken the spine and central nervous system
• Poses and transitions chosen to specifically support the student's goals
• Ends with an extended relaxation practice, including delicious hands-on adjustments

Restorative Yoga is also available for private sessions, supporting the student for deep relaxation and healing through the use of bolsters and blankets.  This very low-key practice is especially good for those recovering from illness or injury.
